Description
Telma H Tablet is a blood pressure-lowering medicine. It is used for the treatment of high blood pressure. This tablet contains telmisartan and hydrochlorothiazide as its active ingredients. This tablet should be taken as directed by the doctor and in doses and duration as prescribed. You can take Telma-H with or without food. Do not stop taking this medicine without informing your doctor. While taking Telma H, try to incorporate a healthy diet and certain lifestyle modifications for better management of your blood pressure. Do not miss or skip the dose of the tablet. Sudden stopping of this medicine may result in worsening of the health condition.
