Shipping and Delivery Policy


1.1 Neenoz Traders Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered address at Plot No. 66, Rohit Nagar Phase II, Bawadiya Kalan, 462039, manages and operates where you can place orders to purchase the Products and/or Services offered by us listed/available on the Website (“User” or “Users” or “you”).

1.2 Along with the Terms and Conditions, this delivery and shipping policy (the "Policy") outlines our policies and processes for the delivery and shipping of Goods bought through the Website.

1.3 Our products are shipped and delivered throughout India by us. By forming alliances and partnerships with top logistics service providers, we hope to deliver the finest customer experience to you. This will allow us to process your order as efficiently as possible and guarantee that you receive the Product you ordered from the Website without any problems. We do all commercially reasonable efforts to try to deliver the Items to you as soon as possible.

1.4 Our products are shipped and delivered throughout India by us. This will allow us to process your order as efficiently as possible and guarantee that you receive the Product you ordered from the Website without any problems. We do all commercially reasonable efforts to try to deliver the Items to you as soon as possible.


2.1 We collaborate with outside logistic service providers (referred to as "Logistic Partners") to ship and fulfill your order of Products. After a Product is processed and successfully handed over to the Logistic Partner by us, we will offer the contact information for the Logistic Partners who will handle the shipping and delivery of any Product(s) purchased by you on the Website. Within 24 (twenty-four) hours of the moment you place your Product Purchase on the website, we typically send your order. In any scenario, the user will be given an approximate delivery date for the product they ordered from the website. After we confirm an order, we will display the expected delivery date on the order confirmation page for the user to see. We will also provide information on your orders after they have been shipped to the email address and/or mobile number you have given us or have registered with us. You acknowledge and agree that, even though we ship and deliver Goods to Users via our logistic partners, we reserve the right to do so independently of them or any other third-party service providers.

2.2 The Delivery charges of the Platform are as follows:

Up to Rs. 1000 Rs. 50
Rs. 1000 or more FREE Shipping

Note: Delivery charges quoted above are applicable on ALL orders available on the Platform.

2.3 You acknowledge and accept that, despite our best efforts, there may be some places in India where we are unable to ship or deliver our products. This list will be made at our sole discretion. In such unserviceable areas, neither we nor our logistic partners offer shipping and delivery services, and we might not be able to complete your orders through the website in such circumstances. When a user places an order to buy Items on the Website, we will let them know if we have determined that a certain location is unserviceable. By inputting the appropriate area's pin code on the website, you may also determine whether a location is unserviceable for deliveries by us.

2.4 You acknowledge that we may ask for or gather particular information, such as your name, shipping address, billing address, landmarks, contact information, etc. to ensure prompt delivery of the products purchased to you. You are responsible for making sure that all of the information you provide to us on the Website is true, complete, accurate, and sufficient to pinpoint the precise delivery location. You acknowledge that if we are unable to deliver the ordered Items to you as a result of your failure to supply accurate, complete, and timely information at the time of placing the order, you will be solely responsible. Furthermore, it is made clear that we won't be held responsible for your failure to give accurate information in any way or at any time.

2.5 We will attempt to deliver the purchased Product to your designated address within the estimated timeline of delivery notified to you. In the event you are not available or present to accept the delivery of the Product, our Logistic Partners will make a maximum of three attempts in 3 (three) days (each attempt every day) to deliver the purchased Product(s) to you. If the third delivery attempt is unsuccessful and you continue to remain unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the order of the purchased Products at our sole discretion and process the return of such Products to us. We further reserve the right to deduct the shipping and delivery charges borne by us while processing any refunds after such cancellation.

2.6 Although we make every effort to deliver purchased Products to you on time and within the time frame communicated to you, you accept and acknowledge that the delivery may be delayed due to:

  1. Logistical issues outside of our control;
  2. Unsuitable weather conditions;
  3. Political disruptions, employee lockouts, governmental restrictions, etc.;
  4. Acts of God like floods, earthquakes, etc.;
  5. Other unforeseen circumstances.

If there is a delay, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you by writing to the email address and/or mobile number you have on file with us. We disclaim any responsibility for any damages that may result from our failure to inform you or provide you with notice of any delays in the delivery of Goods you have ordered through the Website. Further, we shall be under no obligation to compensate you for any claim that may otherwise arise on account of delay in the shipment or delivery, or use of the purchased Products.

2.7 We make an effort to treat Logistic Partners, workers, and agents with the utmost respect for ethics and integrity and to conduct ourselves in a way that reflects our expertise, thorough professionalism, and good manners. You agree and understand that we have no control over the conduct or inactions of delivery personnel and that it is impossible for us to keep an eye on and observe every delivery executive. We shall not be liable for any acts or omissions of our delivery agents, employees, or personnel and/or the Logistic Partner or their employees, agents, or personnel including deficiency in service, wrong delivery of the Product, time taken to deliver the Product, Product package tampering, etc. since we are merely facilitating the delivery of a Product purchased by you. For the avoidance of doubt, it is stated that any ill-mannerliness, impoliteness, discourtesy, or offensiveness displayed by our delivery executives or the employees, agents, or personnel of the Logistic Partners is beyond our control and that you will be responsible for resolving any disputes that may arise between you and a delivery executive or an employee, agent, or personnel of the Logistic Partner on your own. You understand and agree that you won't hold us accountable or ask us to arbitrate or resolve any problems you may have with the delivery team who is bringing the products to you.

2.8 Following your purchase of a Product on the Website, we process your order and deliver the Product to our Logistic Partner. Once the purchased Product is given to the Logistics Partner, the User will be given a special tracking identity number that will allow them to trace the progress of delivery of the purchased Items. The User can check the status and position of the ordered Product as well as the anticipated delivery date by using the tracking identity number on the Website, the Website of the Logistic Partner, and/or the mobile application of the Logistic Partner. We make every effort to ensure that the Logistic Partners update the tracking status of the ordered Products in real-time, and our customer care staff works closely with them to ensure that the Products are delivered to you as soon as possible. It is made clear that because we work with outside service providers to offer the products, we cannot guarantee their completeness or correctness. Also, the tracking status may contain errors due to delays in updating the data and/or other technical issues beyond our control.

2.9 We have the right to occasionally charge or collect shipping costs for Goods. Depending on the product's value, kind, delivery location, method of payment, etc., shipping costs may change. You acknowledge that we have the right to obtain from the Logistic Partner the shipping and delivery charges associated with the delivery service that the Logistic Partner offers. If we charge a shipping price for delivering a product you've ordered, we will not reimburse you for that fee in response to any request you make for a return. In the case that a defective, damaged, deficient, or erroneous Product has been delivered (for reasons attributable to, and acknowledged by us after appropriate verification in our sole discretion), we may make an exception and pay the shipping costs. You understand and agree that upon delivery of the ordered goods to you, the title and risk of the purchased goods pass to you.

2.10 Via our reverse-Logistics Partners, we make it easier for customers to return their purchases. Our reverse-Logistics Partners will contact you to arrange for the collection of the purchased Goods from you after receiving your request for the return of the Product on the Website and receiving proper acknowledgment from us. According to our Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy, we handle exchanges and returns of purchased Goods.
