Razo 20 tablet is used to relieve acidity and heartburn in conditions such as stomach and intestinal ulcers, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome. It contains rabeprazole as its main component that belongs to the class of medicines called 'Proton pump inhibitors which are used to reduce the amount of acid produced in the stomach. Take this medicine as prescribed and for the duration it is prescribed for by your doctor. Some common side effects of Razo 20 tablet are headache, nausea, vomiting and stomach pain, but not everybody gets them. These side effects normally go away with time, but if you feel the side effects persist, you should consult your doctor.
