Monocef-O 50 oral suspension is an antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections of the nose, throat, lungs, ears, urinary tract, stomach, and reproductive tract in children. It contains cefpodoxime as its active ingredient that belongs to a class of antibiotics called cephalosporins.
